New Business Workshop Module 2 – Online

All business go through a process of gaining customers, making sales, delivering a product or service and customer aftercare.
This is the second in our group of three workshops covering important topics you need to think about when you are in the early stages or starting a business.

You’ll learn about a number of important considerations when starting a new business, including the basics of branding, routes to market, customer focus, day-to-day priorities, legal considerations and business finance. You will assess your current position and identify how your business might operate, creating goals to guide you on the path to success.

During the Coronavirus crisis we’re doing things a bit differently, so the workshop will be delivered online.
