About this Event

This 2 part session aims to cover the most important aspects of setting up your business on Google and Twitter.

For Twitter we’ll show you how to set up an account, grow your customer base and learn how to get discovered, use hashtags, find people in your area, how to engage with groups and how to get started on the platform.

For the Google element of this Master Class, we’ll show you how you can get your business to show up on the right side of a google search, how to write engaging posts, how to get reviews, amend your businesses opening hours, how to deal with positive and negative feedback and most importantly how to get found!

Each session is tutor-led by an expert in their field. For this masterclass we have Danielle K Smith, a freelance Twitter and Google for Business Expert.
