We will take you step by step through the best way to maximise a face-to-face selling opportunity, from initial greeting to closing the sale using the tried and tested SPIN model. You’ll learn how & why businesses buy, how the buying process works, what buying signals are, how to handle objections, and when and how to close.

You’ll gain an understanding of the different roles within an organisation ie Decision Maker, Key Influencer, Information Gatherer etc and how to navigate your way through them to the sale.

There will also be ample time to ask questions, and receive advice on any current sales/enquiries you have in the pipeline, that you’re struggling to close.
