What is the format?

9:15am: Workshop will commence

12:00pm – Lunch is provided by Launchpad

4:15pm – Finish

The session is being delivered by Mark Smith who runs Make Your Mark UK, a training and consultancy business aimed at helping businesses and charities to be better. Mark has previously worked at Doncaster Chamber as Head of Membership and Business Services and has held senior management roles in the third sector.
