This is the first in a series of three workshops that investigate all aspects that you need to consider when starting a new business.

Customers are the foundation of every business. This workshop will help you investigate who your customers are and what they really want, so you can optimise and tailor your products and services to meet their needs. We’ll then look at your competitors to see how your business fits in the market and how you can use research to validate and test your ideas.

During the Coronavirus crisis we’re doing things a bit differently, so the workshop will be delivered online.
