Clare will get you to consider key audiences AKA your ideal customer, the customer engagement tactics to suit them and work out which social media platforms they typically use and where you need to be visible.

She’ll also take you through what types of content your ideal customer wants to see from you, how often you should post and how to measure the success of your social activity to know you’re on the right track.
