About this Event
Is Covid crushing your customer experience? Times are difficult right now and staying truly focused and really positive during uncertainty is a huge challenge for businesses.
In this special session with our retail expert Roger Smith, we’ll look at the things you CAN do and the mind-set you CAN develop in order to provide a quality level of service for your customers and avoid some common pitfalls!
The session will be full of actions and practical tips, to help you engage better with your customers and amplify your appeal through an improved service proposition.
We’ll also save some time for a Q&A, but if you have a burning question you would like Roger to answer in the session, you can submit this to us in advance when you register.
Please note: This is workshop is hosted online. You must have a computer, laptop or tablet with at least a 10” screen, and microphone and audio capabilities in order to access the Workshop. A camera/webcam is optional, but recommended. Further instructions for accessing the event will be emailed to participants in advance.
