How to Increase your Footfall – online workshop

Part of a series of online workshops on themes to help Sheffield businesses survive and thrive beyond the Covid-era.

Own a high street business? Struggling to get people through your doors right now? Join us for a special session with retail expert Roger Smith, as he takes you through human behaviour and “shopper psychology”.

Roger will use real life examples to show how you can harness the power of quality window presentations, give you tips on how to use social media to drive more shoppers into your premises and inspire customer confidence in the Covid-era.

The session will be full of actions and practical tips that you can start applying to your business immediately or will help get it ready for reopening.

We’ll also save some time for a Q&A, but if you have a burning question you would like Roger to answer in the session, you can submit this to us in advance when you register.

Please note: This is workshop is hosted online. You must have a computer, laptop or tablet with at least a 10” screen, and microphone and audio capabilities in order to access the Workshop. A camera/webcam is optional, but recommended. Further instructions for accessing the event will be emailed to participants in advance.
