New business workshop module 2 (online)

All business go through a process of gaining customers, making sales, delivering a product or service and customer aftercare.
This is the second in our group of three workshops covering important topics you need to think about when you are in the early stages or starting a business.

We’ll look at how you can use marketing to tell your customers about your business, products and services and convince them to buy. We’ll also talk about branding and how to look after customers in order to build your reputation and grow sales.

During the Coronavirus crisis we’re doing things a bit differently, so the workshop will be delivered online.
