Effective Planning in Uncertain Times – Online Workshop

Covid-19 continues to create a high level of uncertainty for a lot of businesses. Designed especially for already-operational small and micro businesses, this virtual workshop will help you take positive steps to control that uncertainty using effective planning techniques.

In this session we will cover some of the strategic implications of Covid-19, why planning should be done now, and guide you through a process for planning effectively in a business context.

We’ll also be reviewing planning tools and some inexpensive software which can help you write simple or more detailed plans, as well as organise and monitor the progress of your plan when it is underway.

Hosted by experienced business advisor, Morgan Killick from Level Up Solutions, all attendees will have an opportunity to discuss their planning challenges during the session and/or to book onto 1:1 support afterwards.

This workshop, which includes sufficient time for open discussion and a mid-session break, will last for 2 to 2.5 hrs (depending on the number of participants). Please ensure that you are able to commit to these timings before you book.
