This hands-on session is for business owners who know they’re good at what they do but find that sales still feels like hard work. Instead of chasing more leads and hoping for the best, you’ll learn how to design a sales approach that makes it easier for the right clients to buy from you – and keep coming back.

We’ll cover:

• Why most small businesses get stuck in a cycle of chasing and replacing clients

• The four design questions that shape how your clients experience buying from you

• How to map your client’s journey from first conversation to loyal advocate

• Building a simple follow-up approach that feels natural, not pushy

• How to spot where you’re losing clients you’ve already won – and fix it

• Creating a plan you can actually use, not a strategy that sits in a drawer
