I am an organisational development professional, supporting SMEs (across all sectors) to develop and grow their businesses. I develop strategies and skills solutions that support employer growth.
My background is development and implementation of national and regional skills and economic development policy, working for and with government and public sector partners. I am also an Investors in People Practitioner and a governor of Barnsley College. I spend a lot of time with organisations helping them to develop their businesses so happy to share this learning and development as a mentor too.
