If you are not a Launchpad client but you would like to book on then please email us at Launchpad@barnsley.gov.uk**** \nAre you getting ready to recruit employees into your business for the first time? \nDo you know you need some help now that your business is starting to grow but don’t know where to start? \nIf your answer to these questions is yes\, this session is for you! \nI will take you through all the things you need to know and do to be confident to go out and recruit your first employee. I will talk through the different ways an employee could work in your business\, how to create a job role profile\, advertise and recruit for a position and take you through the things you need to do before they start to make sure you are complying with the law. \nBy the end of the session you will have a good understanding of what is involved in being an employer giving you the confidence to go out there and take the first steps in creating a team. \nEvent Information: \nThis will be an in-person interactive session complying with the latest Covid-19 regulations. This session is run by the Enterprising Barnsley Launchpad Team.
