DESCRIPTION:These sessions will assist the participants in being clear about where they are starting from and where they want and what they want to achieve. \nThey will then identify what they need to do in order to improve the chances of success\, and measure their progression to this. \nIt will involve the following: \nUnderstanding your own business\nUnderstanding the market\nUnderstanding your customers\nIdentifying what you need to do\nMeasuring the success of your development\nWhat’s In It For Me? \nThis workshop targets any small to medium size business owner/or key influencer within a business. Essentially anyone who can make a change. It will benefit anyone wanting to make a significant positive impact on their company’s growth. \nAbout the deliverers: \nThe Consultancy Academy Ltd is run by Chiles and Glyn Cartwright\, each taking a day of the workshop. \nGlyn Cartwight\, Glyn is also Managing Director of five companies\, primarily in construction products\, and operating in 30 countries. In addition to his extensive business experience\, Glyn undertook an MBA and completed his Doctorate in Business Growth in 2022. \nChiles Cartwright is a serial entrepreneur\, multiple business owner\, property developer\, Sheffield University MSC supervisor and key note speaker. Chiles has worked in a senior capacity at some of the biggest know companies including L’Oreal and Nokia. A founding member of the Guild of Entrepreneurs and a former contestant of BBC 1’s ‘The Apprentice’\, Chiles is passionate about supporting start-up businesses.
