DESCRIPTION:Part of a series of online workshops on themes to help Sheffield businesses survive and thrive beyond the Covid-era.\nAbout this Event\nThinking about registering as a limited company\, but not sure whether it’s worth it? \nThis workshop aims to dispels some of the myths and will take you through the process of how to register a limited company\, while answering questions around reporting requirements\, the difference between your money and money that belongs to the company\, how to take money out of the business\, the best way to pay yourself\, corporation tax\, capital allowances\, company director responsibilities and how to dis-incorporate. \nThe session is hosted with experienced Financial Advisor\, Adrian Dunkley of MGRW Accountants. \nPlease note: This workshop is hosted as a Zoom. You must have a computer\, laptop or tablet with at least a 10” screen\, and microphone and audio capabilities in order to access the Workshop. A camera/webcam is optional\, but recommended.
