DESCRIPTION:Part of a series of online workshops on themes to help Sheffield businesses survive and thrive beyond the Covid-era.\nAbout this Event\nDesigned especially for small businesses\, this virtual workshop is aimed at those considering a ‘pivot’ – in other words\, altering the way they operate\, offering new products and services\, or tackling new markets or opportunities. \nThe workshop will examine examples of successful pivots\, and analyse why they worked\, review the strategic considerations around changing a business at this time and give practical advice/tips on how to plan for and achieve a pivot. \nAll businesses will have an opportunity to discuss their pivots during the session and/or to book onto 1:1 support afterwards.
