DESCRIPTION:Part of a series of online workshops on themes to help Sheffield businesses survive and thrive beyond the Covid-era.\nAbout this Event\nDesigned especially for small businesses\, this virtual workshop is aimed at those considering a ‘pivot’ – in other words\, altering the way they operate\, offering new products and services\, or tackling new markets or opportunities. \nThe workshop will examine examples of successful pivots\, and analyse why they worked\, review the strategic considerations around changing a business at this time and give practical advice/tips on how to plan for and achieve a pivot. \nAll businesses will have an opportunity to discuss their pivots during the session and/or to book onto 1:1 support afterwards. This video workshop will be hosted by an experienced business advisor\, using the popular Zoom meeting software. \nThis workshop\, which includes sufficient time for open discussion and a mid-session break\, will last for 2 to 2.5 hrs (depending on the number of participants). Please ensure that you are able to commit to these timings before you book. \nPlease note:This workshop is hosted as a Zoom meeting. You must have a computer\, laptop or tablet with at least a 10” screen\, and microphone and audio capabilities in order to access the Workshop. A camera/webcam is optional\, but recommended.
